Getting To Know Yourself

Sweetest friends - the most important knowledge you can have in this world is self-knowledge. The window to all such knowledge can be found in your dreams. A few days ago I had a dream which basically encapsulated every area of my life. It was BRILLIANT! I would tell you what it was but that's quite personal. But I can say that it took place on a basketball court because we dream in symbols and as a child I lived for basketball so my subconscious has adopted basketball as the locus of my symbolism.

"KNOW THYSELF" cried the ancient Greeks and the mussar masters of later generations established that principle as the foundation of all growth.
