After terrorist shooting incidents there are always calls for gun control.
That is like saying that in order to curb the problem of wife beating we should restrict the right to marry. I mean, if we don't let people get married then wives won't be beaten up anymore.
The problem is the people who shoot the guns.
The problem is the ideology behind the shooting.
The problem is the education given to many of the shooters.
