(יג) ס֥וֹף דָּבָ֖ר הַכֹּ֣ל נִשְׁמָ֑ע אֶת־הָאֱלֹהִ֤ים יְרָא֙ וְאֶת־מִצְוֺתָ֣יו שְׁמ֔וֹר כִּי־זֶ֖ה כׇּל־הָאָדָֽם׃
סוֹף פִּתְגָם דְּאִתְעֲבִיד בְּעַלְמָא בְּצִנְעָא כּוֹלָא עֲתִיד לְאִתְפַּרְסָמָא וּלְאִשְׁתְּמָעָא לְכָל בְּנֵי אֱנָשָׁא בְּגִין כֵּן יָת מֵימְרָא דַּיָי הֲוֵי דְחִיל וְיָת פּקוּדוֹי הֲוִי נָטִיר דְּלָא לְמֵחַב בְּסִתְרָא וְאִין תְּחוֹב הֱוֵי זָהִיר לְמִתַב אֲרוּם כְּדֵין חָזֵי לְמֶהֱוֵי אוֹרַח כָּל אֵינָשׁ.
The end of the saying is that what is done in the world in secret will all be made known and heard by all of the children of man. Therefore, the word of the Lord should be feared, and the commandments should be kept, so as not to be hidden in secret. And this is a warning to be careful to act wisely, for thus it will be seen how the way of all people is.
