Our portion is the Infinite Light Of Hashem and its glorious splendor, the foundation of good. We are not particular about how it came to us. We have it and that is what matters. It is absolute, unlimited good.
מה טוב חלקנו. עצם חלק ד' משוש החיים ומקורם, יסוד הטוב, אור אין סוף וזיו הדרו, הוא חלקנו. והוא טוב מצד עצמו, מבלי שום הבחנה באיזה דרך ואיזה אפן בא לידינו, שנעשינו אנחנו חלקו והוא נעשה חלקנו. זהו טוב מוחלט, שאין להגבילו ואין לתארו בשום תאר מיוחד ומוגבל.
