A beautiful flower is plucked. Wait a few weeks and it will wilt and lose its original splendor. Hellooooooooo trash can!!!!
Food - DELICIOUS!! But if it is not eaten and left out - it will rot. If it IS eaten, much of it will come out from one's bottom colored brown with an especially revolting smell. That is the end of food.
A beautiful young woman. She walks down the street and men can't help but follow her with their gaze. Eye-popping. Wait 75 years. She is now a not-spring-chicken of 97 years old. How many heads is she turning now?? [No offense].
You buy new shoes. Shiny, comfy and fresh. EXCIIITIINGG!!! Wait a few months and they will look exactly like the pair you have now that compelled you to buy a new pair.
The human being. Born with the sweetest most-angelic face. Smells so delicious. You just want to eat him/her up. Yet, at some point in the future, his soul will be detached from his body and in a short time he will decompose and rot.
THAT is our physical world. What everybody is running after with almost reckless abandon has a VERY LIMITED shelf life. Like - Buffet and his chevre might have enough money to live a million years but their money will last much much much longer than their bodies will be able to enjoy.

One can say הבל הבלים הכל הבל and get addicted to anti-depressants and engage in other self-harming behaviors to dull the pain of one's existential angst.

Eternity!!! There everything remains perpetually fresh and filled with life. Hashem is כביכול Infinite and we can be part of his Infinity!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
How? Simple!!😀 Do a mitzva! Think a positive thought [e.g. "Hashem is watching over me and the whole world", "I LOVE Hashem" etc. etc.]. Listen to a shiur or open a sefer and LEARN! So many ways!!!!!
