Vi-zos Not On Shabbos

 The only parsha we don't read on Shabbos is Vi-zos Habracha. Why is the deeper meaning of that? [There are 54 Parshiyos but we only count 53 b/c Vizos Habracha isn't read on Shabbos.] - עי' דברים נפלאים בס' רשימות לב!
