R' Aharon Feldman: No harm can come from teaching Torah.
Novominsker Rebbe: Teach other parts of Nach - save that for when the students are older.
Q: What does the Philadelphia RY think?
R' Shmuel: I think there is a difference of opinion.
Comment: THAT is one difference between chinuch acc. to Chasidim and non-Chasidim. Non-Chasidim teach פתח פתוח and other such sugyos, no problem [those who are following our shiurim - that is where we are holding in our Ksubos series!!!].
Mussar Haskel: You don't always have to express your opinion [I am sure R' Shmuel has one on the matter]. The BEST THING you can always do is show Kavod to others.

On that note: In a certain venue, I get up to speak after davening and give a short 10 or so minute dvar Torah [after Vasikin Shabbos morning as part of the kiddush]. Every time, most of the people in shul quickly run out before. I can't help but think to myself "OK - you don't want to hear me. I get it. But what about showing respect? I mean - you know that I see you running out! [Except for one good friend - he waits until my back is turned or I am looking the other way and then sneaks out]. And what about respecting the Torah that is going to be said? In between my jokes, I sneak in some actual Torah content." But I understand - it is not emphasized enough from a young age the importance of showing every person respect. Tzadikim like R' Moshe Feinstein and Rav Avraham Genechovski [there is a great story about that - maybe for another time] would sit and listen to a shiur Mishnayos or the like from people many universes beneath them in learning in order to give them - and the Torah they are teaching - Kavod. As for me - I benefit. It takes some of the hot air out of my ego. So G-D BLESS THEM!!! If people actually stayed and listened - I might think that it has to do something with me and that would be a disaster. How do the Sfardim say it? KAPPARAAAH KAPPPAAAAARAAAHH!!!!
So Kavod YES! Covid - NO!!!🤣🤣🤣
