Why did the Rambam put הלכות כיבוד אב ואם in ספר שופטים?? And in הלכות ממרים??
What is הלכות אבל doing in ספר שופטים?
On that note: הלכות ממרים teaches about the obligation to listen to the Sanhedrin in addition to the איסור זקן ממרא. Shouldn't it be in הלכות סנהדרין??
