I recently heard one of the biggest Orthodox Jewish "influencers" on social media mention that he doesn't understand Hebrew well.
I thought "WOW" - he influences millions, seems to represent Torah Judaism but can't independently read and understand our basic texts in the original. [He never went to Yeshiva, so it makes sense].
That says a LOT.
