First she conjectured that it was an inside job [I mean - the bullet went inside him. Othewise - he wouldn't be dead!!]. Then she did some groundbreaking research and found out the absolute, unvarnished truth.

He has been in solitary confinement for the last 30 years but the Mossad let him out to kill Kirk - b/c who would suspect him??!! I mean, he is supposed to be in jail, sitting by himself 24/7 pondering whether it wss really a good idea to kill a sitting Prime Minister. So who would think that they would let him out, hire a left wing loony tune to pretend that he was the shooter, kill Kirk who secretly was a critic of Israel and a Christian [continuing millenia long Jewish persecution of Christians], and then swiftly get him back to Israel and to solitary confinement again - but not before stopping for a pizza at Jerusalem Two in downtown Manhattan on the way home. Frankly, he was happy to spend the day in Utah and then NYC and he was finally able to walk around like a free man. Now he is back in the slammer.
The FBI is looking into this claim made by Ms. Mendacity bas Cham and if found to be true [very likely, given her track record of uncovering conspiracies] he will face a second lifetime in jail after he finishes this one.
