Joe Biden said yesterday in a press conference that the Soviet Union had no right to invade the Ukraine so he commanded - in his role as Commander in Chief - that 10,000 troops be sent to Vietnam immediately to protect the Bulgarian people. "Brezhnev will learn his lesson" asserted Biden.
Upon arriving in Vietnam, the troops weren't exactly sure what to do. So they went sight seeing. The local Chabad Rabbi, Rabbi Mendy Teichtel and his wife - shockingly named "Chaya Mushka" - were more than happy to host many of the soldiers. The Rabbi and Rebbetzin even found one soldier whose mother was raised Jewish and the Rabbi put tfillin on him. He commented "I am sure that the Rebbe made sure that Biden would send all of the troops to 'Nam for no apparent reason just so that this one soldier would lay tfillin. A modern day miracle".

As for me - I don't know about the Rebbe doing THIS miracle thing [although I DO believe that he was a בעל מופת in his lifetime]. Maybe. I am just secure in the knowledge that Big Joe is on top of things and that our military is doing their job.
