The Ongoing Genocide

וַיֹּאמֶר בְּיַלֶּדְכֶן אֶת הָעִבְרִיּוֹת וּרְאִיתֶן עַל הָאָבְנָיִם אִם בֵּן הוּא וַהֲמִתֶּן אֹתוֹ וְאִם בַּת הִוא וָחָיָה

According to statistics, over SIXTY MILLION ABORTIONS have been performed since Roe Vs. Wade in 1973. Paroh only decreed to abort the boys. The sixty million of both boys and girls! 

That is TEN TIMES the number of Jews killed in the Holocaust. 

We believe that a fetus is a life. According to some sources, it is not a "complete" human being but a partial one. But even so - it is horrifying. A fetus is not just a bunch of cells that are part of the woman's body. The Torah forbids abortion [barring extenuating circumstances] for non-Jews as well. Actually, for us there is no capital punishment whereas for them there is, so it is worse [Hilchos Melachim 9-4].    

41,021,508 abortions have been performed worldwide this year! This number just grew. And as you read this sentence - it increases yet again.

In addition, about 3000 people a day commit suicide worldwide.

There are some tragedies and suffering that we don't have the power to prevent. But these willing acts of taking the life of others we perform.  

Part of the problem is that people want pleasure without responsibility. So they have sex - and then kill the results.

Abortions cause great pain to the fetus - it should cause us pain as well.
