I just heard a RY of a Hesder Yeshiva say that if not for the Holocaust, he is sure that there would be no Medinat Yisrael.

Kfira or borderline Kfira??? 

Hashem "needed" the Holocaust to make the Medina? Chas Vi-shalom. Nauseating.
