It improves the lives of those around us as well. As soon as you notice you’re anxious, bring your mind to your thoughts without judgment or labeling. Just observe what your mind is thinking about because it's almost always unconscious thinking that is taking place, and the best thing we can do is to turn that unconscious thinking into conscious thinking. The sooner you can remember to bring your conscious awareness to your anxious thoughts and feelings, the sooner they can be released. Through practice and over time you’ll be able to recognize anxiety even before it arises.”
