I hate affirmative action.
I don't just disagree with it.
I don't just think it's against the 14th Amendment. [No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States.]
I hate it.
The hatred comes from an understanding that it is a Band-Aid.
It is a substitute for the actual development of the capacities of our people to compete.
I'd much rather be in the position of having them try to keep me out because I'm so darn good.
Instead of having them beg the Supreme Court to allow for a special dispensation on my behalf because they need diversity, inclusion and belonging.
It's not just diversity, it's not just diversity and inclusion.
It's diversity and inclusion and belonging.
I'm whining because I feel like I don't belong.
That's a position of weakness.
It's pathetic.
It's only political correctness that keeps people who can see this and believe me, a lot of people can see it from saying so out loud.

It’s much worse than a band aid. It’s a legitimate reason to doubt the validity of any credential a possible recipient of affirmative action may present.
It’s sabotage of our competence signaling generally. It hurts minorities and women in particular, but the damage affects everyone. If we let some people slide, we’re more likely to let others slide.

What racialists call ‘Affirmative Action’ is simply elitists asserting their superiority. Why would anyone who is an equal need their help? If racialists believed in actual equality, they wouldn’t imagine a need to ‘help’ others they regard as inferior.
Fabricating new castes has become such a sport that homophiles are now attempting to assert their ‘gender’ superiority over breeders. Just when we thought the clown car was empty.

Try saying that to other groups - "You can't have this job because you are black/female/Hispanic" etc.
