Limmud Zchus

The other way of looking at this is that even though they spent four years in an environment so antithetical to Torah, they still care.... And even though they carry around all of the tumah of the world in their pocket, they still daven and learn. That is what Rav Levi Yitzchak of Berditchev would say.
