Given the information presented here about the strong natural sexual inclination in males [we identify a woman as attractive or not in 1/5 of a second!!], it follows that those males who struggle with shmiras einayim and shmiras machshava [all of us I hope - many Jewish men don't struggle because they don't care...] should not get down about it when they succumb. NOT to succumb is supernatural. Literally. So every time you DO overcome, you won the spiritual lottery!
