Finally I called bezek who is my server [I think that's what you call it]. They told me that I would have to wait over 30 minutes to speak to someone. I hung up. I tried again. Again over a half hour wait. I hung up. I tried again later. This time was only about a 10 minute wait. I waited.
A man comes on the line. I tell him the problem. He presses REFRESH and PRESTO - Internet back.
