ויקרא י"ח כ"ה
וַתִּטְמָ֣א הָאָ֔רֶץ וָאֶפְקֹ֥ד עֲוֺנָ֖הּ עָלֶ֑יהָ וַתָּקִ֥א הָאָ֖רֶץ אֶת־יֹשְׁבֶֽיהָ׃
The land was defiled; therefore I punished its sin, and the land vomited out her inhabitants.
Gee whiz!!! What did the land do wrong that she is "punished" for her "sin"??
