I am vexed.
This man is heading a war effort to protect every person in Israel. Our very existence is in danger [of course we will win because Hashem promised us eternity ... but the דרך הטבע part is up to us]. Don't we want him focused on that??? Can't he go to trial after the war is over? Isn't פיקוח נפש of Israel and on some level all of world Jewry more important?? Now his mind will be on this trial instead of where it should be.
This is to my mind a scandal.
