A wonder.
In all of Tanach ONLY Hashem givess סליחה. We find nowhere [in Tanach] that man gives סליחה.
In this week's parsha we have the idea of סליחה but that word is not used:
כֹּה תֹאמְרוּ לְיוֹסֵף אָנָּא שָׂא נָא פֶּשַׁע אַחֶיךָ וְחַטָּאתָם כִּי רָעָה גְמָלוּךָ וְעַתָּה שָׂא נָא לְפֶשַׁע עַבְדֵי אֱלֹהֵי אָבִיךָ וַיֵּבְךְּ יוֹסֵף בְּדַבְּרָם אֵלָיו.
הלא דבר הוא!!
What is the meaning of this?
[It goes w/o saying that in later sources we find man giving סליחה].
"מחילה" appears NOWHERE in Tanach!! [As far as I could find].
