If there is Safek Kiddushin then the woman has to return the money. So how is it a safek - she is vadai not married b/c she received no money??
That is besides the more famous issue that the עדים who are עדי קיום didn't witness a קידושין b/c it is only קידושין based on their knowledge and if they don't know they are witnessing a קידושין then it should be nothing?!
