In the frum media, it is often the non-Jewish politician or newsmaker etc. who gets the front page and the really long article many pictures [which one might not be allowed to look at b/c אסור להסתכל בפני ...] while in the same issue, the story about the Tzaddik/Gadol/Rosh Yeshiva/Talmid Chochom will be inside the publication with fewer words and pictures. Similarly, the Divrei Torah will also get less space and fanfare.
Why is that? Where are their priorities?
Answer: Don't blame them. They are in the business of selling their product. They print as they do b/c that is what the public wants.
