How does this make me feel?

What a zchus it is to be targeted simply for being a Jew! What a zchus to be in the Eretz which עיני ה' א-להיך בה מראשית השנה עד אחרית שנה "the eyes of Hashem your G-d are always upon, from the beginning of the year to the end of the year."

Yeshayahu said it best:
"אל תִּירְאִי תּוֹלַעַת יַעֲקֹב, מְתֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל; אֲנִי עֲזַרְתִּיךְ נְאֻם יְהוָה, וְגֹאֲלֵךְ קְדוֹשׁ יִשְׂרָאֵל.
And then the dramatic twist:
"הִנֵּה שַׂמְתִּיךְ לְמוֹרַג חָרוּץ חָדָשׁ בַּעַל פִּיפִיּוֹת; תָּדוּשׁ הָרִים וְתָדוֹק, וּגְבָעוֹת כַּמֹּץ תָּשִׂים"
"Fear not, O worm of Jacob, O men of Israel; I will help you, says Hashem, your Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel. Behold, I will make you into a new, sharp threshing instrument having many teeth; you shall thresh the mountains and beat them small, and shall make the hills as chaff." (Isaiah 41:14-15)
